More notes from work (second to last day):
- I am likely being really childish about this but though I'm technically living without her and can indeed live without her, this is NOT living. Thought of this on the train, actually, and am embarrassed by it.
- The shape of flying fish match that of an airplane.
- I should sell my filled notebooks on eBay, advertising doodles and half finished raps.
- I'm going to research futons.
- I'm hungry again.
- I'm so dependent.
Today I'm feeling:
anxious

Hello, I stumbled onto your page. Its is pretty interesting. You write as if you are a poet or some type of philosopher. It seems you are a teacher/professor, so I can only assume you are a college professor somewhere. It seems from your writing that someone has hurt you. Sounds like maybe your wife left or something and she really broke your heart. If that is the case, I do not have a wife but I can relate because my girlfriend recently left me too. How do you cope with it because I am not coping too well at all...
Hey too!
It's hurtful stuff and I'm in no position to offer advice on the topic. Depending on your age, I'd say if it's over and you know it, salvage whatever there is to be learned out the ordeal and become a better boyfriend the next time around. If she's worth keeping and fighting for, this new ex, then un-ex her and end the hurt. Still, I'm not good at this pain myself. Surround yourself with good friends and know that the pain is in the nature of the beast when it comes to love. It's normal. Thanks for writing! Maybe I'll start a bad advice column on this blog?
thanks, you said that you are in no position to give advice, but you just gave me a whole bunch. I guess I know it is over, but I feel that we are meant to be so if I fight hard enough it should happen. I call, no answer. I text, no answer. I write/email, no answer. Sometimes I truly feel like giving up, but my love for her wont allow me too...
You know, there's a saying that goes something like this:
If you love something that much, let it go. If the love was meant to be, it'll come back to you on its own.
I know it's hard to let go. But it sounds like you don't have much choice. It sucks. You text, email and call but get nothing. You HAVE to move ahead. Harping and continuing to call and text and email will only take away from your grace. Be more graceful homie!
